Participants will be divided into 2 groups for the purpose of working on producers' projects. Each group will be led by experienced European producer, who will accompany the participants throughout the whole training course and provide advices on specific questions.

Diana ELBAUM : Producer (Belgium).

Founder of Belgian production company Entre Chien et Loup, Diana Elbaum has since then produced and co-produced more than 30 feature films and documentaries. She teaches at the EAVE and acts as trainer for several other training organisations and schools. Diana's latest credits include "The congress" by Ari Folman (Quinzaine des Réalisateurs 2013 - opening film) co-producer; "A screaming man" by Mahamat Saleh Haroun (Cannes 2010 Prix du Jury) co-producer; “The 5th season” by Peter Brossens and Jessica Woodworth (2012 Venice Official Competition) co-producer.


In 2009, she was awarded the European Co-production Prize Eurimages, together with Luxembourgish Producer Jani Thiltges, and is also at the initiative of the EP2C Training Programme.

Roshanak BEHESHT NEDJAD : Producer (Germany).

Roshanak cofounded her first company, Flying Moon, in 1999. They produced 30 films, with over 60 nominations & 40 awards. In 2012, she co-founded LudInc, producing Serious Games for children. 2016 they won the German Computer Game Award for Best Serious Game.

2015 she started yet another enterprise, In Good Company, together with Samsa in Luxembourg. Roshanak’s focus is smart entertainment – be it films or games.

Roshanak is a member of the German & European Film Academy, and an EAVE group leader.


Niko REMUS : Post-production Supervisor (Germany).

Niko Remus has a background in film editing and works as a freelance post-production supervisor and a workflow consultant. With his base in Germany he works mostly on international projects - fiction and documentary films for cinema release.

His projects in the recent years include:

„Bal - Honey by Semih Kaplanoglu, Hannah Arendt by Margarethe von Trotta, Only Lovers Left Alive by Jim Jarmusch, A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existenceby Roy Andersson or „55 Steps“ (in production) by Bille August.

He is part of EP2C since 2010 (its founding year), first as a group leader and now also as a content manager.

Further he is a trainer at the Torino Film Lab, Berlinale Talents, Rotterdam Lab and he gives lectures at different film schools.

Hans VAN HELDEN : VFX supervisor & Post-production supervisor (Netherlands).

Hans van Helden has been working for more than 18 years as a freelance post-production and visual effects supervisor, mostly for international feature films. His projects include Paul Verhoeven's "Black Book", Felix van Groeningen's Academy Award-nominated "The Broken Circle Breakdown", Whit Stillman’s “Love and Friendship” and Martin Koolhoven's “Brimstone” and "Winter in Wartime". Hans is currently Head of VFX at FILMMORE, a full service post-house with facilities in Brussels, Amsterdam & Luxembourg.



Sébastien DELLOYE
Sébastien DELLOYE : Producer (Belgium).

Managing director of Entre Chien et Loup and the Ateliers de Baere. Sébastien is also the director of EP2C and acts as an expert for EAVE, Torino Film Lab, Erich Pommer Institut, MEDIA, etc.

Sébastien has produced or co-produced over 20 feature films and 10 documentaries that were selected for the most prestigious festivals (Cannes, Venice, Berlinale, …). 


Sebastien is at the initiative of the EP2C Training Programme.



Neeltje VAN DER HEIJDEN : Post-production Supervisor (Netherlands).

With a background in journalism, online media and photography, Neeltje started working as a production manager for documentaries after graduation in 2000. In 2006, she moved on to image post-production at Filmmore Amsterdam – where she found technique and beautiful images coming together. There she has handled image post-production for both national and international feature films for 9 years - a time in which analogue film post-production almost disappeared and digital workflows rapidly developed. In 2015, she decided to shift her focus and become an independent freelance post-production supervisor for feature films.

Julien MEESTERS : Deputy Managing Director and Chief Creating Officer at Mikros Image Group (France).

He develops a comprehensive approach to VFX supervision on particularly ambitious projects involving 3D, 2D and Physical techniques. He is Deputy Managing Director and Chief Creating Officer at Mikros Image Group. From micro to large-scale projects, his strong passion for cinema, animation, VFX and projects are still his main motivation.

His credits include: the Oscar & Caesar winning “Logorama, Love” by Michael Haneke (Golden Palm), “Rust and Bones” by Jacques Audiard.

Kai TEBBEL : Supervising Sound Editor / Re-recording Mixer (Germany).

Kai Tebbel has been working as supervising sound editor and re-recording mixer on more than 80 feature films. He has studied 'pictorial/sound media design' at Ruhr Sound Studios in Dortmund in 1995 - one of the leading sound post production studios in Europe. 

He founded his own sound studio in 2005, collaborating with Julie Delpy, Tom Tykwer, George Ovashvili, Scandar Copti, Yaron Shani, Wolfgang Becker, Oskar Roehler, Marc Rothemund, Pepe Danquart, Stefan Ruzowitzky, Maria Schrader and Fatih Akin. Since 2009, his sound studios have been located in Leipzig. 

In 2012 and 2013 he lead the sound workshop for
Tom Tykwer ́s „One Fine Day Films“ in Nairobi, Kenya. 



Katriel SCHORY
Katriel SCHORY : Producer, Executive Director of The Israel Film Fund (Israel).

In 1984 Katriel Shory formed a production company BELFILMS LTD and produced over 200 films including Award winning Feature Films, Documentaries, T.V Dramas and International Co-Productions.

In 1999 he accepted the position of the Executive Director of the Israel Film Fund. In this position he authorized the support and the production of more than 240 new Israeli Feature films.

Didar DOMEHRI : Producer (France).

She has been formerly the head of international sales of the French sales company Films Distribution for 8 years (2001 – 2009). 

In 2009 she created a production Company Maneki Films and the label Full House and has produced and coproduced 9 films since then.

Pierre-Emmanuel MOUTHUY
Pierre-Emmanuel MOUTHUY : Lawyer (Belgium).

Founder of Mouthuy Avocats – a Brussels-based leading law firm in the entertainment industry – he was involved in more than 150 feature films and television productions or co-productions, many of which were selected in major film festivals (Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Toronto, Sundance).

Milena FESSMANN : Music Supervisor (Germany).

In 1989 Milena Fessmann founded a music supervising company CINESONG and since then worked as a music supervisor for more than 140 movies such as “Pina” by Wim Wenders. 

She is also a moderator of several national and international events and panels such as “Cartoon Movie Award”/Postdam 2002-2008 and is also working for “Meet the Filmmakers” at the Apple-Store, Berlin. 

Laurent EYQUEM
Laurent EYQUEM : Composer (France).

Laurent channels his life experience into eloquent and powerful music for film. He has developed a reputation among producers and directors as a versatile, prolific and collaborative composer. He is known for his original, melodic and lyrical style that enhances the emotional weight of the visuals it supports.

Gilles BISSOT : Film scanning/recording and archiving specialist (Belgium).


Gilles Bissot shares his time between his company, FilmiK, specialised in film scanning and recording, and INSAS cinema school in Brussels where he’s teaching postproduction. His 20 years of experience in the field of film and digital postproduction covers many technical aspects of production, from shooting to postproduction: film and lab techniques, digital workflow, stop motion shooting, technical postproduction coordination, color grading, titles, digital film restoration, etc.

His recent credits includes : “HHhH” by Cédric Jimenez, “Eternité” by Tran Anh Hung, “La trêve” (The break), a belgian TV serie directed by Matthieu Donck, “The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Mäki” by Juho Kuosmanen, “Childhood of a leader” by Braddy Corbet, “Alleluia” by Fabrice Du Welz, “Suite française” by Saul Dibb, “Bullhead” by Michael R. Max SEEFRIED : Technology & Innovation Manager at ARRI Media (Germany).

Responsible for any postproduction technologies and digital workflows at ARRI Media. Focused on automated workflow pipelines for in-house operations. At ARRI Media we are servicing the latest workflow solutions and postproduction technologies for any kind of challenge.    

Hagen SCHÖNHERR : Digital Project Support for Digital Shooting and Postproduction at ARRI Rental (Germany).


Hagen Schönherr is an engineer in media technology and holds a degree in cinematography of Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Since 2010 Hagen is employed at ARRI Rental Deutschland in Berlin as Digital Project Support. His responsibility includes consulting for digital shooting, digital workflow equipment, test shootings, high-speed cinematography and ARRI‘s newly developed ALEXA65 large sensor camera system. In 2016 Hagen supported the technical preparation for the first Chinese feature film shot with ALEXA65 in Hong-Kong and Beijing, China. Beside that Hagen lectures at Filmuniversität „Konrad Wolf“, Babelsberg, for DffB UP.GRADE programme or at other workshops.  



Christoph BERNSTIEL : Manager of the MMZ-Studios (Germany).

The MMZ-Studios were reopened in September 2015 and they are located in the “Mitteldeutsches Multimediazentrum Halle” (MMZ), in Saxony-Anhalt (Germany). The Mixing-Stage is about 110 sqms big and it fulfils the Dolby-Atmos Premier Standard. It features a Harrison MPC45 Console with 440 channels and a Qube XP-I DCP Server. A Barco DP4K digital postproduction projector and a cinema screen with a size of about 30 sqms are providing great pictures. Furthermore, you have the possibility to use the latest version of Pro Tools and an AVID Consol.

Beside the MMZ-Studios there are 50 further firms located in the building. Among them you will find several experienced post-production partners. Audio- and video-postproduction from a single source are therefore no longer a problem.

The MMZ is located in the assisted area of the “Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung GmbH” (MDM) and it is only one hour train ride away from Berlin.

Torsten GIEWAT
Torsten GIEWAT : ARRI Media, Branch Manager Halle (Saale) (Germany).

With headquarters in Munich and branches in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Halle (Saale) and Ludwigsburg, ARRI Media is one of Germany's largest postproduction facilities, providing the highest level of creative and technical services.

Torsten Giewat is working as postproduction producer for ARRI Media in Halle (Saale) since March 2013 and since 2016 he is also taking care of the management of this branch. As producer he has overseen the dailies phase and the picture post production of many feature and documentary films for cinema and television including several international co-productions like “Khibula” from Georgian director George Ovashvili, that was entirely shot on 35mm in 2016 and was scanned and colour-graded in 2K at ARRI Media.
